How do I connect my external bank account through online banking?

From your online banking or mobile banking dashboard, select Account from the main navigation. Next, select Manage External Accounts. From there, you have two options for how to add an external account, through Plaid or manual linking.

Plaid is a widely used and secure financial software provider that can collect your banking credentials and verify your external account instantly.

If you choose manual linking, you will input your external account information including routing and account number. We will verify that account before you can initiate transfers with that account.
