What happens if the invitation link for adding a joint owner to my digital account expires?
You can request a new link after the original one expires. To do so, log into online or mobile banking, select Account, and then choose Add Joint Owner. This step will take you back to the account opening page. From there, click your name in the upper right corner followed by My Applications. Select the account you wish to view, and then click Set Up. Select Add Joint Owner and you will have the option to enter the name and email address of the person you’d like to invite to become a joint owner of your account.
