When trying to connect my Forbright Bank digital account with Quicken, why am I seeing a phone number or email I don’t recognize?
You’re probably seeing an unrecognizable phone number or email address because you may have selected the wrong “financial institution” (as referenced by Quicken) for your account with us, when attempting to connect your Quicken account. There are three options for Forbright Bank, so it’s important to select the right one.
- Forbright Bank: Choose this option if you have a Forbright Bank digital account, such as Growth Savings or Growth CD.
- Forbright Bank – Branch: Choose this option if you bank at a physical branch in the Washington, D.C. area.
- Forbright Bank – Business: Choose this option if you have a business account with Forbright Bank.
