I’m having trouble connecting an external account. What should I do?

If you’re unable to connect your external account, your external bank may not use Plaid, the software required to instantly connect your Forbright Bank account with an external account. In that case, you will need to manually link your external account.

If you’re unable to manually link an external account, and you have verified that your account number and routing number are entered correctly, please contact Forbright Bank’s Digital Banking Customer Support at 1-800-550-0159.
