I opened a Growth Savings or Growth CD account. Do I have to use Plaid for money transfers?

No, you have two options for connecting an external account to your Growth Savings or Growth CD account. While the instant verification method uses Plaid, the micro-deposits method does not.

When you initiate an external account connection, you will select the method you want to use. If you choose micro-deposits, you will input your account information, and we will make micro-deposits in your external bank account. You will then verify the amounts of the deposits, and your external account will be connected within a few days.
