My CD has been migrated. Why do I see a zero balance?
If your CD has been migrated to a new online banking platform with Forbright, you will see a zero balance on your former online banking platform.
To view your current balance in the new online banking platform:
- If you are a Growth Savings customer, you will login using your existing online banking credentials.
- If you are not a Growth Savings customer, you will need to create a new username and password in the new online banking platform to view your CD. To do this, click here and select First Time Login at the bottom of the screen.
On the day your account was migrated, you received an email with the subject line: Forbright Bank account migration notice – action required. That email includes a link to login to the new digital banking experience. After enrolling in online banking, you’ll see your CD (now called Growth CD) in the new platform, which is designed to offer you enhanced features, security, and access to all your Forbright Bank digital account(s).
