When will my CD be migrated?

CD accounts will be migrated to the new digital banking platform beginning in March 2025 with expected completion by July 2025. At least 30 days before your CD migrates, you will receive an email sharing the expected date of your migration. When the time nears for your CD migration date, here’s what you can expect:

• Your current CD rate, term, and maturity date will remain the same.
• You may experience a brief period when your account details may not be accessible during the migration.
• You will receive a follow-up email once the migration is complete. This email will contain instructions for accessing your account on the new digital banking platform.
• You will receive an account closing statement, which serves as an indicator that your account has been closed out on the original platform and reopened/migrated to the new online banking platform.
