Do I need to take any action once my CD is migrated?

Yes. Once your account is migrated, you’ll need to create a new username and password in the new digital banking platform.


On the day your account is migrated, you’ll receive an email with a link to login to the new digital banking experience. After enrolling in online banking, you’ll see your CD (called Growth CD) in the new platform, which is designed to offer you enhanced features, security, and access to all your Forbright Bank digital account(s).


You’ll receive email communications 30 days prior notifying you when your CD will be migrated and once your account has been migrated. These communications will be sent to the email address we have on file, so please make sure it’s up to date ahead of time.
