What should I do to prepare for the migration?

First, log in to your account and make sure your name and all contact information are correct. This will ensure you receive all communications about the CD migration. Then, check and make sure your notification preferences are accurate as well.


You will receive a series of emails leading up to migration with important details and actions to take before your account is migrated, so it’s important to make sure your email address is accurate in our platform.


Finally, if you don’t have a joint owner for your CD and want to add one, you will need to do that prior to your CD migration. You will not be able to add a joint owner after your CD migrates to the new digital banking platform.
