Why haven’t I received a tax document for my digital banking account?
You may not receive a tax document in Online Banking if any of the following apply to you:
• You are not the primary owner of an account.
• You have earned less than $10 total interest from Forbright Bank across one or multiple accounts for the tax year.
• Your tax document was mailed out to an address on file. This could be the case if you opted into paper statements or if you are part of a select group of customers who have a Growth Savings account and another Forbright account. (Note: This is a small population and if you are included, you would have received an email letting you know you will be getting your tax document via mail.)
