Where can I access my tax forms for Growth CD? 

You can access your Form 1099-INT through online banking.

To view tax documents, log in to online banking and:

  1. Select Document Center from the main navigation.
  2. Select the Tax Document tab and choose Download to retrieve your tax document. Your tax document contains information for all accounts, so you do not need to repeat this process for each account. Remember the first page of your tax document will be blank. You will need to scroll to the second page to see tax details.
