How and when will I receive my tax documents?  

Tax documents will be prepared annually and made available by the end of January for the previous tax year. You will receive an email alerting you that the tax document is available in your online banking account.

To view your tax documents, log in to online banking and:

  1. Select Document Center from the main navigation.
  2. Select the Tax Document tab.
  3. You can choose to view or download the document. Your tax document contains information for all accounts, so you do not need to repeat this process for each account. Please note the first page of your tax document will be blank. Details will appear on the second page.

If you opted for paper communications, your 1099-INT forms will be mailed to the address on file.
