I’m having trouble connecting an external account. What should I do?

If you’re unable to connect your external account, your external bank may not use Plaid, the software required to instantly connect your Forbright Bank account with an external account. In that case, you will need to choose micro-deposits to connect your external account. With micro-deposits, your external account should be connected within a few days.
