What is the cutoff time for wires to be processed on the same business day?
Wires must be submitted online by 5:30pm ET.
What is the cutoff time for ACH transactions to be processed on the next business day?
ACH transactions must be submitted and approved in Business eBanking by 7:30pm ET.
Can I wire funds in foreign currency?
Funds can only be wired in USD.

How do I report fraud or lost or stolen card?
If your DEBIT or ATM card has been lost or stolen, please call one of the following numbers to cancel your card:
- Monday – Friday (9:00am-5:00pm ET): 888-855-7778
- All other times including Bank Holidays: 800-236-2442
If you cancelled your card after business hours, please call customer service at 888-855-7778 during normal banking hours to order your new card.
If your CREDIT CARD has been lost or stolen, please call our 24-hour cardmember services at 1-800-558-3424.
